Shipping / Deliveries

Metro Manila

- We utilize our in-house personnel for all deliveries made within the Metro. This is how we are able to control the handling of our products from the facility to your door step.

- Shipping Schedule - Tuesdays & Thursdays

- Standard Metro Manila Delivery Fee - Php 120.00

* Schedule may vary depending on volume of orders for the week.

On-site Pick up

#154 Lopez Rizal Street, Brgy. Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City

- You may arrange a pick up at our facility Mondays - Saturdays (8am-5pm)

- Please let us know beforehand that you have arranged a pick up by messaging us at +(63) 917 714 0796 via SMS or Viber to give us ample time to prepare your order.

Outside Metro Manila and Luzon Provinces

- We will be shipping your orders through LBC with a standard rate of Php 350.00 for small items and Php 500.00 for large items (for ex. Welcome Stool)

Visayas and Mindanao

- We will be shipping your orders through LBC with a standard rate of Php 350.00 for small items and Php 500.00 for large items (for ex. Welcome Stool)

Damaged Items

• If you have received a damaged item through our in-house delivery service, kindly contact us via email unfinishedcommunity@gmail.com to discuss your concerns.
